ANNOUNCEMENT OF 2023 COST OF LIVING
ADJUSTMENT

The 2023 Cost of Living Adjustments
(COLA) have been calculated and will be applied to pension payments beginning
January 31, 2023.  The COLA varies depending on the applicable plan
provisions at retirement and the date of retirement.  Please see the following
letter for details about the applicable COLA rate.
